no, Montenegro is a gray "spot" South/West of Serbia. On this map Bosnia should be orange (versus unilateral independence) and I hope Montenegro will be soon. Also I think Bulgaria should be tan.Navyworth (talk) 17:23, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Switzerland has to be set to "States which have delayed or have expressed neutrality on recognition..." since the government didn't decide yet whether to recognize it or not.
