THE TITLE OF THIS FILE NEEDS TO BE FIXED
The title of this file needs to be corrected. The file title should be James_P._McAnulty_United_States_Special_Representative_to_Somalia. I accidentally entered the subject's first name incorrectly as Joseph. His first name is James. Also, I have discovered that he is the United States Special Representative to Somalia, an Envoy (title). The two media articles that I used for sources erroneously refer to McAnulty as "U.S. ambassador to Somalia" (http://www.qurbejoog.com/2013/08/27/u-s-to-re-open-its-embassy-in-mogadishu/ and http://allafrica.com/stories/201308280040.html). The substitute title ambassador is one level above that of envoy. I am not sure how to edit the title of this file to make these corrections. If any more experienced editor can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
