I'm not sure why you need to rename the image. You can call the image whatever you want as long as you add it to articles where it belongs. Image titles don't follow the same rules as article and category titles.

I say this only because I have no way of "moving" the image title. If it's important, try requested moves or upload the image under a new name and speedy delete the old name image as pixel-for-pixel redundant. Shalom ^Hello 07:15, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
