I don't think this picture is Unterman. It doesn't look like much like him, but does look conspicuously like Isaac Halevi Herzog, the Ashkenazi chief rabbi before Isser Yehuda Unterman. See the picture here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Rabbi_Yitzhak_Halevi_Herzog1959.jpg. I think this should be checked.
