Iran

[edit]

Umm.. Shouldn't Iran be orange since Israel and Iran used to have diplomatic relations before the Islamic Revolution? --Krotx (talk) 21:05, 19 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nice map, but the colours used (red, green, orange) are difficult to distinguish for viewers with the most common type of colour blindness. I suggest using contrasting shades rather than contrasting hues. Making these adjustments would make a huge difference:

Diplomatic relations: use lighter shade of green
Diplomatic relations suspended: use darker shade of orange so it doesn't get confused with the lighter shade of green
Unrecognized: Use even darker shade of red, or perhaps even black

That way there will be a linear progression of light colours to dark colours, which should be perceptible to viewers with even the most severe colour blindness. Király-Seth 16:10, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest that the colour template used be changed to that the colours can be easier to distingish from each other, especially the red and green. Being colour blind it is a bit difficult to tell the colours apart. [Anoynomus] —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.213.241.224 (talkcontribs) 23:03, 28 June 2007

Venezuela

[edit]

It is my understanding that Venezuela has lifted its relations with Israel as a result of unjustified military activities in Gaza. Shouldn't Venezuela be changed to orange? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.23.91.36 (talkcontribs) 22:01, 23 July 2007
