A brief note of explanation on this image - I based it off several different maps and geographical descriptions in multiple sources. The areas outlined are generally correct, but the borders are not perfectly exact. Some of the lines are based on geographical features, like rivers, while others are based on things like "a line running the mouth of the Kentucky River to a settlement in Ohio", or "south of the Buffalo Trace". This led me to approximate several borders when producing this map.

Also note that some of the treaties in fact overlapped in what they purchased due to disputes about prior treaties. —Charles Edward ^{(Talk | Contribs)} 14:07, 13 June 2014 (UTC)
