I uploaded it under GFDL in 2004. Please look at file page history. File was never under a non free license. If anyone else decides to change the licensing of the photo I took, I think it is they who need to provide an explanation. -- Infrogmation (talk) 17:16, 8 February 2013 (UTC)
- It looks like the question was whether or not the costume was copyright. Take a look at these newspaper articles: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/09/read-winds-of-winter-_n_2441002.html and http://blog.carnivalneworleans.com/?p=2455. However, since the photo was taken in the 1990s and the Indians did not start to copyright their costumes until 2011, this image should be okay imo. -- Dianna (talk) 03:48, 15 February 2013 (UTC)
