Safari rendering anomaly

Many of the nodes on the top and left sides of the circle render flush against the boundary box (so the top is pushed all the way to the top, and the left all the way to the left). The edges go to the *new* right places. There are 4 nodes in the top-left arc that are positioned correctly, but then 21 on top and 23 on the left that are moved.

In firefox, the graphs appear to be circles.
