Not from Haw River State Park

I highly doubt this image was taken from Haw River State Park. I have been to the park many times, and the river looks nothing like this in the park. The river through the park is narrower, mostly closed canopy and swamp like. This looks like a picture of the river much further downstream and outside the park's boundaries. The GPS coordinates associated with the image also seem to confirm this. This is some public misconception about how far the state park extends along the river, which might be why this was thought to be in the park. -Sparkgap (talk) 01:51, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
