Boundary Line needs correction
Presumably the dotted lines represent conflicting border claims. If so note that Venezuela claims all the land west of the Essequibo river as “Guayana Esequiba” (or "Zona en Reclamación"). (Venezuela apparently claims all the area west of the eastern bank of the Essequibo, including the islands in the river, as Venezuelan territory.) The dotted line shown on this map is basically the Guyanese bounadry of the Upper Takutu-Upper Essequibo region and the East Berbice Corentyne region not the Essequibo river.
