Just wondered if anyone thought there was something wrong with the diagram besides me. Seems like an honest mistake was made in calling the Germ the nourishment for the Seed.

As far as I know, the Germ IS the Seed (the actual reproductive part). The Endosperm is the nourishment/energy for the Germ, as it is mostly starch and protein.

Let me know if I'm missing something, like maybe the actual Seed is only a small part of the Germ. Ssybesma (talk) 15:00, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
