I disagree that any reduction in image resolution is required here. The image is a picture of a page of text. There's nothing on the page that would make it copyrightable other than the text itself, and the status of that is not going to be affected by the resolution of the image. It's text. Reducing the resolution will have no effect except to make the text less legible.--Srleffler (talk) 04:01, 4 February 2017 (UTC)
