These are odd findings... Kuwait does have free and fair elections. The people elected DO have powers.

-Kuwait does have elected officials, but they wield little power in the face of the monarchy. Example: After the Iraqi invasion the parliament was totally scrapped for one of those convenient "emergency laws" —Preceding unsigned comment added by Akueldo (talkcontribs) 05:52, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
