According to the legend for this map, there is a distinction between two types of dotted lines: "Under construction" versus "Planned lines". On the map itself, all the dotted lines look the same to me. So maybe I just can't see the difference? Or maybe all of these trained lines are "Planned lines" and none of them are "Under construction" (or vice versa)? In short, I think it would be helpful to have something that is more visually unique for each of these two categories.
