In the texts of this picture it remains a bit unclear if with "ingrian" is meant the ingrian finnish dialects or the Izhorian language (see the aricles in english wikipedia), which are two different things. As opposed to "Meänkieli" and "Karelian" the ingrian finns have, as far as I have understood, always been comprehended to be finns and their language one of finnish southeastern dialects, while the izhorian language has had so few speakers that it has had in practice no political significance. The status of izhorian either as a separate language or a dialect of finnish is intresting, but as a non-expert I would guess it is more a language of its own than a finnish dialect.
Edit: The picture seems to be based on a finnish textbook which undoubtly must be valid, but in any case I find this question valid at least in the present context where english is used. Maybe I should check the original book.
