This file has fair use classification because there there are few time series models showing HADAM outputs.

HADAM climate models are on their way to being phased out as well, so this output now has historic value.

Graphs of the outputs of government funded scientific research simulations are for all practical purposes not copyrightable value unless they are part of a larger research document -- and this output example never made it to any research document as far as I know.
