Sorry, but I don't see why this file is copyright protected. I don't see that this image meets the threshold of originality. This is simple a "text" of 4 simple letters and two vertical bars. The are way more complex logos which are in the public domain. Explanation is needed.

PS: The resolution of this logo is ineligible for copyright. Furthermore, here is SVG highly recommended.
