I'd like to know the source for the calligraphy and the Farohar being used together with the four-petalled Kaviyani standard on Sasanian banners. I have only seen a few depictions of the Kaviyani in Arsacid and Sasanian sources, and they are the simple four-petalled flower without any further embellishments. Examples include Gondopharid and Persid coins and paintings from Kharga.
