Where was that? I'm Cuban and I NEVER seen black beans on yellow rice. Also, the meat is too watery and the mojo is served over the yuca. You don't take yuca with your fingers to dip on a mojo -except for yuca frita.
- It was taken at Versailles. A famous CUBAN restaurant on Calle Ocho in little Havana, west of downtown Miami. Every family prepares food a little bit different. For instance, my grandmother (Cuban) always made white rice also. Her black beans had small amounts of chopped onion and green peppers, but I've never seen that in any Cuban restaurant. - Marc Averette (talk) 16:38, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
This is not a Cuban dish, sorry. Cubans never eat yellow rice with any type of beans. Someone in other place might have play around with the making of the food, but actual Cubans would never eat this.
