Due to the the ambiguous scientific classification of the larger and smaller C2 fragments (a/b or b/a) there is a conflict between the text where it says that C3 convertase is C4b2a and figure 2 which notes C3 convertase as C4b2b. As it is more difficult to change the diagram, it might be beneficial to change the text to conform with figure 2? Just a thought.
