Quebec, Canada technically doesn't fall under British Monarch rule. Even though the rest of Canada does, Quebec falls under French judiciary.

This is incorrect. Although Quebec maintains a civil law system, its authority is derived from the Constitution Act (1982), and before that from British North America Act (1867). Quebec is part of the confederation of Canada, of which the Queen is the Head of State. Quebec, like the rest of Canada, falls under the reign of the Canadian Monarch, not the British Monarch, and the Monarch no longer rules, mearly reigns. Christopedia (talk) 02:00, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
