Permission to use Image

Hi CS Vlastuidilo

I have seen the chenille fabric image of heddle that you have uploaded to Wikipedia which I would like to include in a textile text book which I have written and am requesting your permission to use it. As much as the commons licence implies the image can be used my publisher wants written permission from the owner of an image.
