Slovenia an Adriatic country?
[edit]I am sorry, but how can Slovenia possibly be considered an Adriatic country instead of an Alpine country? Sure it's a mix of both, but please, less than 20% of the territory belongs to the Mediterranean, while over 50% of the territory is considered Alpine or pre-Alpine. edolen1 16:12, 1 December 2005 (UTC)
Like you said, both are true. Slovenian government is very determined to maintain its country's status as an Adriatic country which it is too. Geograpgically and percentage wise you are right. Nevertheless, when it comes to national identity both are important.
Alpine countries?
[edit]France and Italy are generally also considered to be alpine countries. see Alps. Thehardwareman T C E 01:41, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
