The Nasolabial fold, as linked is actually covered by the orange pacifier in this image. Is this supposed to be a joke? Also, if the discoloration of the nose is intended by the subtitle, unless there is some proof that this is actually carotenoderma, I have to say it just looks like a regular kid-nose after having been wiped a couple of times, or just generally having a cold. This image just doesn't work for me. Anyone else have an opinion?
