Please, compare and note the German map cf. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Duernkrut3.jpg which in comparison with your map includes parts of Istria (Istra), Triest (Trst) and Koper (Capodistria). Russian wiki also mentions, that "in 1272, the King was appointed captain-general of Friuli , making him the de facto ruler of Aquileia Patriarchate and Istria".
