Hello, sorry for not making it clear. This photo was taken somewhere between 2008 to 2009, yet the uni has engaged in a major expansion since 2011, so some of the buildings showed in the photo have disappeared and the campus is still undergoing changes with constructions and renovations. (If you read Chinese, here is an announcement issued in September on the compensation to on-campus residents due to construction noises.)
To add to it, here is a picture attached to a news released on the uni website in November 2012 (link) and I guess it might clarify. Notably, the construction site in the picture is where this photo (the one I uploaded) was taken.
So to sum up, it's not an old photo, but it doesn't seem possible to reproduce one. Even if people still could take pictures from the same angle (e.g. after the construction has finished), what could be captured would be very different.
