It is hard to imagine that this picture really is copyrighted. Given that the object, Barbara Arbuthnott is in her relative youth, this photo must have been taken around 1860 or earlier. In which legislation would 1860's photos still be copyrighted? Plus, it's a crop from a full figure portrait used here without restrictions. Bw --Orland (talk) 08:47, 29 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
