COLOMBIA AND NORTH KOREA The two imporannt countries which still don´t participate in teh APEC Summit and so do so in the future are COLOMBIA and NORTH KOREA. COLOMBIA has a population of almost 50 million people and an economy as large as South Africa. NORTH KOREA doesn´t have a large economy but with 25 million people and an strategic situation in the Sea of Japan, it would be a key player.--83.54.107.14 (talk) 15:57, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
