The map is wrong. EU repealed the whole thing, like it says on the article. So why is EU marked?

Because they still signed the treaty, they "just" will not go on approving/ratifying it, but they didn't formally "undo" their signature in Japan... L.tak (talk) 11:55, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
