Why is this file not replaceable

The following discussion is an archived debate of the proposed deletion of a fair use image as a replaceable image. Please do not modify it.

The result was to delete the image.

This orphaned talk page, subpage, image page, or similar is not eligible for speedy deletion under CSD G8 as it has been asserted to be useful to Wikipedia.
If you believe it should be deleted, please nominate it on Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion.

This file is not replaceable, because I cannot go find Katrina Kaif and take a picture, then copyright it. I cannot copyright her face. Also, I found this image being used the same way I am on Google instead of Wikipedia, but those images are usually taken from Wikipedia anyways. The criterion for determining whether an image can be replaced or not is not whether a free image already exists, but whether a free image could reasonably be created. The amount of effort that an individual editor has to expend to take an image is not a valid defense (especially if another editor could easily take an image). Her face may not be copyrightable, but any photo of her face most certainly is. Wikipedia also have stricter guidelines about the use of fair-use images compared with what is legally allowable under US law.
