This page states that the Access logo is owned by the Joint Credit Card Company. This is not true. It is owned, along with all other Access trademarks, by MasterCard International Incorporated. Source: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/t-find-adp?propnum=0558110001
I would amend the page accordingly, but for some reason, the description seems to be uneditable - and without editing that, there seemed little point editing the source.
