File talk:A BP Prices Sign Outside A BP.jpg
The prices show that this picture was taken at a time before the prices of gas began to sky-rocket. it would be wise to replace it with a sign that shows more current gas prices (e.g. at least $3.85 for regular) NewYork483 (talk) 18:58, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
The prices are fairly accurate as it is a petrol (gas) station in the UK, not the USA. Current prices as of today in UK Pounds are around £1.15 for Unleaded and £1.30 for Diesel (priced in pence per litre on signs). I've removed the tag from the front page. Bigbairn (talk) 22:55, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Ah, I was unaware and only thinking from an American point of view. Thank you for enlightening me. NewYork483 (talk) 01:44, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
My pleasure! Incidentally, GBP £1.15 for 1 litre of unleaded is equivalent to USD $8.50 for 1 US gallon - wish we had your problems with gas prices! Bigbairn (talk) 20:03, 21 July 2008 (UTC)
