The authors of The Satanic Verses called for a scan of the first version.

My first accidental upload, the scan with the black margin is smaller in size - no idea why the version I cropped and turned around turned bigger. The author's name is written in golden letters, my scanner would not reproduce them properly (I'll appreciate a tip how to improve the result). --Olaf Simons (talk) 13:56, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
