Summary

Description This painting depicts Zhang the Immortal shooting a pebble bow at a heavenly dog. Because of the painting's association with the story of Lady Flower Stamen, a concubine of the first Song Emperor Tai Zu, it is often interpreted as a metaphor for fertility.
