Description
English: Early metaphase chromosomes of Aedes aegypti stained with YOYO-1 iodide. At early metaphase, chromosomes finally segregate from each other, resulting in a visible number of chromosomes becoming equal to 6 and chromosome patterns becoming more reproducible.
