Description
English: Japanese ships evading air attacks during Operation Ten Go, April 7th 1945. Battleship Yamato, the main ship of the force, is seen in the background turning to evade attacks while on fire. The Japanese destroyer in the foreground, probably Kasumi, has just fired its guns, and two more destroyers, the left of the Akizuki class, and the right of the Kagero class can be seen in the midground
