Description
English: Xinyi, Nantou County, Taiwan: Monument to the Bunun hero, who shot down the sun. According to Bunun legend, two suns shone down upon the earth and made it unbearably hot. A father and a son endured numerous hardships and finally shot down one of the suns, which then became the moon.
