Description
English: The U.S. Navy Wright XF3W-1 Apache (BuNo A7223) at the Langley Aeronautical Laboratory at Hampton, Virginia (USA). The single XF3W was a racing aircraft built by Wright Aeronautical for the U.S. Navy. The Apache was used for engine and cowling tests while with the NACA.
