Summary

Description

Wasn't expecting to find this on my walk to the River Severn in Worcester.

It is <a href="http://www.wlhc.org.uk/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">The Hive</a> - Worcester Library and History Centre.

It was near The Butts.

I noticed this bridge being built.
