English: Workers' office and supervisor's residence for Woodbury Lock No. 4 on the Green River, located in a Butler County park off the Woodbury Loop in Woodbury, Kentucky, United States. Built in 1912 (office) and 1913 (house) for Army Corps of Engineers employees, they are listed together on the National Register of Historic Places.
