Summary

Description
English: William J. Barnard Residence on the NRHP since July 21, 1982. At 920 East Street Road, Westtown Township, Chester County, PA. House is very difficult to photograph and almost surrounded by a 7 foot high board fence, so this is the best of 5 "blind" photos - stick the camera over my head and snap. The side angle with the 5 ft. high chain link on top of a deep ditch is actually worse - much more vegetation, trees and shrubs in the way. If anybody wants a better photo, good luck and park off of Street Road to the side of the house.
