Summary

Description
English: Austrian Mountain Wildspitze (3768 m, second highest mountain in Austria) seen from the Hinterer Brunnkogel (3440 m), the highest point of the ski area of the Pitztal glacier ski resort in Tyrolia. Right beside is the mountain named Hinterer Brochkogel. Below the Wildpsitze lies the glacier Taschachferner, of which some crevasses (as darker areas than the snow, with "cracks") can be seen ca. in the middle of the image, and right below the mountain's peak as dark lines. On the glacier, a ski track can be seen as a fine line leading from the left lower area across the glacier up to the crevasses, where the ski mountaineers made an almost 180 degree left turn towards the peak region on their ascent up to the mountain top.
