English: Wilberforce Way, Thearne, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The footpath here runs due north alongside the Beverley and Barmston Drain. The 35-mile walk was launched in May 2007 to commemorate the bi-centenary of the abolition of the Slave Trade Act. It links Hull, the birthplace of William Wilberforce, and Pocklington where he was educated.
