English: White Lodge, Richmond Park, Richmond White Lodge dates from the early 18th century having been built as a hunting lodge for King George II. It has had various Royal connections, perhaps one of the more interesting being that it was the birthplace of the uncrowned King Edward VIII in 1894. It has been a ballet school since 1955, becoming the Royal Ballet School in 1956. Information from wikipedia White_Lodge,_Richmond_Park
