Deutsch: Das White Building bestand aus 6 Komplexen, war 450 Meter lang und bot Platz für Geschäfte und 468 Apartments. Es lag prominent in der Nähe der Riverfront und bot insbesondere Platz für Familien mit mittlerem Einkommen und Künstlern. Das Foto von 2014 zeigt das Ensembles von dem Samdech Sothearos Blvd aus. Es war bereits zusehends im Verfall. In der Nähe befanden/befinden sich wichtige Regierungs- und Staatsgebäude sowie diverse Gebäude der Naga World - einem Casino- und Tourismuskonzern.
English: The White Building in Phnom Penh was about 450 Meter long and had space for 468 Apartments plus Offices.It addressed mainly mid-income families and artists. The location was near the Riverfront. The Foto from 2014 shows the ensemble in the Samdech Sothearos Blvd. The detoriation is already visible. In direct neighborhood you will find important Government buildings, Embassys and big buildings of the Naga World - a Casino and Tourism group. |
