I wondered at first if this might be a Beech Staggerwing, but realised that the cockpit windscreen was too steep, etc...

(A bit more research tells me it's the 245hp upgrade of the 225hp R-755-7 but still 7-cylinder, affectionately known as "Shakin' Jake"...)
