As he has recently died, it would be impossible for him to grant free-use of his image collection, and further images which could be published in that way are unlikely to surface from his family. In news reports about his death, his family have refused to comment and wish to keep the matter private, indicating that they would not release an image.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It is a single file that will be used as the page image for a single article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	It is already freely available on the internet, being first published on an Instagram account. Other images from this account have since already been taken for use by news reports and biographies, indicating that the image has no potential for commercial use. As it is depicting the person during a boxing match, the original role of being posted can be determined as sharing a proud moment, which is not in conflict with Wikipedia using it for illustrative purposes.
