Summary

Description
English: Weakly electric fish use electroreception to locate the electric fields, and orient themselves parallel to the field and follow the field until they locate the source. This example illustrates an example where dipole electrodes were oriented in different directions and the movement of the fish was recorded, based off of an experiment by C.D. Hopkins in 1997.
