Those in attendance included Col. Anthony Mitchell, commander of the St. Louis District along with other District staff; Illinois Department of Natural Resources Director Wayne Rosenthal and staff; Natural Resources Conservation Service Area Assistant State Conservationist Annette Holmes and staff; U.S. Fish & Wildlife Upper Mississippi River National Fish and Wildlife Refuge Complex Manager Sabrina Chandler and staff; Illinois Downstate Director Randy Pollard; Migratory Waterfowl Hunters, Inc.
