Deutsch: Das Wappen wurde unter der Nr. 214 der Wappenrolle von Mecklenburg-Vorpommern registriert.
Flaggenbeschreibung
„Die Flagge der Stadt Burg Stargard ist quer zur Längsachse des Flaggentuches von Rot, Weiß und Rot gestreift. Die äußeren roten Streifen nehmen jeweils ein Fünftel, der weiße Mittelstreifen nimmt drei Fünftel der Länge des Flaggentuches ein und ist in der Mitte mit der Figur des Stadtwappens belegt. Der gelb bewehrte Adler nimmt drei Fünftel der Höhe des Flaggentuches ein. Die Länge des Flaggentuches verhält sich zur Höhe wie 3:2.“[1]
